Short answer, no.
Hydrogen is the most common substance in the universe and it's non-toxic. And unless you own a multi-million dollar industrial facility the relatively tiny amount that you could create at your kitchen table by sticking some electrodes in water and separating it into hydrogen and oxygen would immediately dissipate into the atmosphere along with the oxygen.
I hope that you're not thinking of hydrogen sulfide, made by mixing various chemicals, because if you are, stop. Very unreliable and very nasty.
