I have about 30 gr of N in powder, I don't know the quality but having tasted it it seems quite of quality.
How should I take it to avoid vomiting or taking too much just before falling asleep?

How much you need to take will depend on the purity. For example, if it's 50% pure, then you should take all 30g of it

If it's 90% you would only need to take 17g. I'm not sure if taking all 30g would be a good idea. Have you ever measured out a certain quantity for a sleep test?

If you're gonna vomit on 30g N , you will be vomitting on 20g. It doesn't matter how much you take of this substance.

Use both stat and 48 hour regime and you'll be pretty much safe against vomit if your body responds good to meto.

It's enough. Swiss clinics use a minimum 10g, up to 15g now. The OP has 10 year old powder that isn't 100% purity.

Didn't i read that no one has been known to survive 6 grams of n? Is there any reason why putting it into capsules wldnt work well? That is how old fashioned n sleeping pills came. Or in oblate disks. N powder was available from China up until a few years ago.
