i know it's so unserious but i really care about how i look and present myself and lately I've been feeling awful because i can't stop eating sweets and its gotten to the point i eat others' sweets if i get the chance and i get yelled at for it. i do realize i need self-discipline but it never works when i try, i always do/eat whatever i feel like and put my needs first. does anyone have an idea of how i can break the cycle without relapsing back?

I watch anatomy videos of smoker's lungs lungs when I think about vaping again. I haven't vaped in years. Diabetics have painful looking organs as well

oh i used to look up how fat actually looks like (it being yellow and just repulsive-looking) and it did help a lot i could try that again

Well, you could try a ketonic diet. In day or couple, your sugar cravings and hunger will drop down- ur basically burning fat instead so of sugar, so it's generally recommended for losing weight (it's could be healthy to you mentally also). Just get some eggs, greens and something which contains omega 3 fats (like walnuts for example).

Eat 0-calorie sweeteners until you are disgusted by the taste

Replace sweets with fruits like bananas, which are sweet but not extremely calorie-dense.
