Are you near your bed/where you sleep? You could lay down and put your blanket over your whole body, if you have stuffed animals you can surround yourself with them, or putting a pillow on top of you. Then putting music you find relaxing on headphones, or a comfort show/movie/video. I call it a comfort cocoon lmao. I also use a heating pad which helps a bit

I wish I could delete my anxiety, too. I do what I can with getting out into nature, being with friends, or, at least, friendly people, getting hugs anywhere I can, and meditating. When all else fails, I take either a Valium or a Klonopin. But I don't like relying on those. I hope you can find some relief soon. x
