Hi, I've been dissociating way more than usual lately after a long period of time where I thought I've recovered from it.
Do you guys have any advice on how to shake it off when it happens? It makes me scream from the inside, my memory fade, and my skin crawl, it's an absolute nightmare.

It can help to use the " 5 4 3 2 1" trick to ground yourself in the moment. Focus on 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell, and 1 thing you can taste.
