I think it greatly depends on your personality and method of choice. Pick something maybe not looking to scary or that could happen by accident. You could drug yourself too.

My original choice is KCN pills, now I'm looking into night-night cause it seems fun

You dont get brain damage instantly. Takes a couple minutes of brain being deprived of oxygen. Its not instant

With the exit bag I had actual, physical effects to not do it. With the night night method it's child's play.

I meant something you feel accidental, maybe gunshot or night night, you can play fool around and make it happen without too much thinking in an instant

From what I've seen regarding confusion and frustration from multiple people, not too reliable. In theory, it's great, but I suspect other factors contribute to failure. I tried with a belt, and I can only conclude I felt nothing due to not enough pressure, so I'll try with a ratchet next.

Alcohol shouldn't change the outcome at all, logistically. I really don't mind the feeling of pressure on my neck, and there's a satisfying degree of control in knowing it's easy to undo before you ideally pass out.

See this is my issue and I don't want some poor random person to find me or my family so I might ring an ambulance just as I'm about to do it and get them to come but then i could be saved and brain damaged idk
