Hi! As I understand from all my research the slipknot is the best knot to use for full suspension. I've got a 10mm nylon rope (though it feels a bit thicker than that!) and have instructions on how to tie a slipknot but I'm afraid it will somehow come loose by itself. Is this possible? Is there anything that can be done to make sure it doesn't come undone?

And how do you prevent yourself from reaching up and pulling/untying it if you're not able to tie your hands together?

Thanks!

Oop...just tried a simple noose knot instead and it works much simpler and better.
