Help How to perform SN without instinctively saving yourself?

I have tried about 4 times now. I've got a dressing gown belt tied to a heavy weight bench, each time that I have tried it seems impossible for me to pass out and I end up just getting up. Also, I have a very thick neck, so I'm wondering if it's even possible for me to achieve what I want this way??

I think you might be confused. Sounds like your talking about partial suspension hanging. Not SN which is a poisoning method. Am I correct? Theres alot of discussion here on hanging I'd also recommend checking LAH has a good suspension method. I hope you find everything you want.

.my mistake, I am not familiar with all of the acronyms at this point. Yes I am referring to partial suspension hanging, thank you

Use SN not hanging, way better imo
