how do i get over the crazy guilt and pain i would leave behind. if anyone can help me please do

im mosty afraid of family missing me if i go but i cannot bare to stay here anymore

That must be a dreadful situation to be trapped in, I wish that there's the option to just completely erase our existences so it's like we never existed at all. But anyway best wishes.
