Help How to get high

The pain is becoming unbearable but i don't have what it takes to ctb because of cowerdice.

I need urgently to have information about how to get high with accessible methods like antibiotics or other easy methods.
I wish i could have access to drugs but i don't know any dealer.
The good news is that i can buy easily medication from pharmacy in my country.
I tried to inhale acetone but the effect was mediocre.

Please help me and give me info in an easy english.
I am terribly suffering.

Do you have access to alcohol?

You'll feel like shit the next day if you get really drunk but it's still something.

Dunno about OTC meds. Many people like DXM, but it makes me feel even worse personally (just tried it once though).

In some countries you can get Codeine without prescription. That'd be a great option.

Nitrous oxide maybe? It's safe, but stay away from other inhalants, they cause serious brain damage.

Do you think something non drug related would work? Exercise, tasty foods, self harm?

I checked what are the OTC medications in your country and there is one that contains Codeine.
To be precise 500 mg Acetaminophen + 30 mg Caffeine + 8 mg Codeine per dose.
Now... 8 mg of codeine is very little. You can take more to feel the opiate effect but be careful. That's not a long term solution, you'll develop tolerance to the Codeine and taking too much Acetaminophen can cause liver failure.
It's difficult to recommend a dose because it depends on your metabolism in the case of Codeine. Remember that you shouldn't take more than 4000mg of acetaminophen per day.

Brand name is Solpadeine apparently. Ever heard of that?

I second the alcohol, it's relatively cheap and easily accessible. It's not my preferred method of choice but if you do it right it can give you a night of feeling 'good'.
