how to effectively stab oneself?

i don't have access to any other suicide method except stabbing myself or going unto uncoming traffic. How would i effectively stab myself? How should i grip the knife? Where do i shove it in my head to end it as fast as possible? I only have cutlery knives and a small kitchen knife. i dont care if its painful as long as i can stab myself and die without any assurance of being saved
I'd also like to ask for any resources that would help in ctb via knife

stabbing isn't as effective as other methods but it might work, a stab to the abdomen has a 12.5% chance of killing you, one to the chest has 58.5% so make sure to aim for that, how to properly stab yourself? i'm not sure, i guess you just need a good grip and go for it
