it's very unhealthy, but i bottle up all the shit that happens everyday to push myself to the absolute edge, that's how i got the courage to do it in my last attempt. a little music works too. Seriously tho it's very unhealthy

Choose an effective method and come up with a complementary fail safe. Like if you were for instance slashing your wrists in a bathtub, fill it with water and have a plugged in electronic device on the side that you will likely knock over.

Its full hanging , I'll use a woodbeam as anchor point very stable and I will definitely die from that only thing that could sabotage the attempt would be a horribly strong si which could force me to set my foot back to the ladder but that will only be possible in the first few seconds so the time interval for that is extremely short therefore my plan is that as long as possible i will keep my arms and legs still while still conscious
