Help How to ctb using sn method with a house full of people during quarantine?

Title says it all. I'm trying to ctb but i don't have a single moment alone. Quarantine essentialy made the house occupied 24/7 . i have the materials for sn but i don't know how to not get caught

I think the one way would be sneaking out at night when everyone is asleep to some remote location, maybe the park or woods. But there is always hope...Take care.

wake up at 3 AM
drink SN
go back to sleep and never wake up.

Its not recommend, because when you lost conscience in most of the case the next step is have convulsions that can be very very noisy.
