How to CTB in a third world country?

I don't have access to high rise buildings (rural area), can't hang because I live with a lot of family members, and I can't order N or SN because I don't have enough money and my family would find out.

I've thought about cutting, but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't work. Any other suggestions?

I live in South Africa, but im not gona let it stop me from ctb. I have some dextromethorphan, muscle relaxers, antiemetics and alcohol. But i dont want to waste it by vomiting. Nonetheless i wish you well on your journey.

I investigated, and I found that fertilizer pills are a common way to ctb in third world countries. But it's not a painless way to die, but, if you planned to hang yourself, maybe you're prepared to drink one. Also, you can look for sn (almost nitrate), which is used as fertilizer too.

My mom has told me to kill myself before.

This gives a realistic picture of the world where we live, how beautiful and civilized it is (as pro-lifers like to say), the media does not want you to see it. Most of society prefers to stick their heads in the sand and imagine that all this does not exist.
