If you only need anti-anxiety meds to soothe your nerves people use Benadryl to help calm their nerves and feel sleepy. Dramamine also has a calming, sedative effect.
Would you be able to make an appointment with a doctor if you specifically need prescription anti-anxiety medications? If you are convincing enough they may prescribe a small amount of Valium or Xanax or other types of anti-anxiety meds, depending on what you need.
The only other place that I can think of to buy prescription anti-anxiety medications is on the dark markets. Vendors do charge a lot of money, and by money I mean Bitcoin, for anti-anxiety medications though.
