Sometimes I say things without realizing what this could mean to others (regarding my mental health and thoughts).

I have a plan to CTB but before that I have to see my psychiatrist so I get money from my sick insurance to make sure that everything is paid before CTB happens so that no one else (please don't ask about this, this is just for clarification why I have to go to him).

He knows I had attempts and told me that he will take actions (he said that in an extremely serious tone, totally shifted in that moment) when he notices that something is wrong (=calling police/ambulance if he thinks I will CTB).

I don't know how sensitive he is to certain phrases or words.

What shouldn't I say when I got my next appointment? How should I behave in his presence?

And, let's hope this won't happen, but I want to be prepared:
Should I try to escape when he figured out my intentions and wants to call the police or ambulance (because surely he will call someone else to watch over me when he reaches for his phone)?

If yes, where should I go? And how long do I have to hide until they won't search for me anymore?

Edit: I don't want to tell him about my plan. But maybe there are words, hints, phrases etc. which may seem harmless but tell him more than I'd think. He asks those questions more than once and sometimes out of nowhere even though the previous topic was something else.

Never ever tell any psychiatrist, therapist hotline friends, family anyone that you are going to ctb.
Whenever you talk or see your psychiatrist again, just say that I didn't say I was. I said I wish I wasn't in this world convince him that it was just an outburst make it seem like you are very afraid to do it. Which is why you are still suffering in this world. And for all other people and doctors if they ever ask, you always say no !!!! but yes ,your psychiatrist or anyone you tell will call the police and have you admitted into a hospital until you tell them you're not in that state of mind anymore and that you want to live.
When my doctor asked me, I always say no, but I always say if I was, I will never tell you or anybody else and I'll leave it just like that. Even your friends and family or strangers that you don't know that you mentioned that you don't wanna be in this world anymore will call the police and ambulance.

I agree that - unless you're looking for help - you shouldn't tell a mental health professional that you're going to ctb. In most jurisdictions it's safe to talk about your wishes, methods you've considered and vague plans but once those plans become concrete they're legally obligated to take further action.

If you have a good relationship with them they'll generally ask for clarification though, I know mine would at least.
