Method How to arrange poison for the deed?

I lost my job and my visa 4 years ago, and I have been in pain and depression since. I am doing a course right now to regain my employment, but it looks like it might not work.

I am looking to CTB via poisoning, can somebody suggest me how do I go about arranging it? I am from India, FYI.
