• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

Can someone tell me if I should just lower my body or just kick back the chair or something in between?

Slowly, lower yourself slowly, and check that the knot is in the correct position (behind the neck). If you jump or kick the chair, creating a kind of "bounce" when your weight falls, you run the risk of the knot changing position.

I will slowly bent my knees untill the rope takes my full weight and than kick the stool away so that I cannot step back.
I have tested it and know that it is not very painful. If you are more sensitive to pain the pain may stop you. In this case jumping would be more effective but probably more painful.
