How reliable is SN?

Compared to something like N is SN very reliable if not found for 1 hour or longer and don't call for help?

If you vomit can you end up with long term damage like brain damage if you don't immediately call for help?

SN suicides have been documented to have no brain damage if the person is treated at the hospital....But that's if you get found and help is called.

I'm going to have Domperidone and do 24-48 hour protocol of 10mg every 8 hours then stat dose of 20mg 1hr before with 225g ranitidine

25-30 grams of SN. Which is about 2 tablespoons. Might add a tiny bit more for good measure

I dont even think you need the 48 regime, in the Pph it just says to take the anti emetics like half an hour or so before the SN and I saw someone talk about fasting but I can not see anything about fasting in the Pph- i asked for direction to where it states this but got no reply. @JimFord99

if we know that 2 tbsp is 25-30g of sn then no need to weigh it out, right? I have a little digital scale in my amazon cart and wondering if i even need to buy it.

Because I am sure there are cases where a person succeeds, then a case where someone fails but gets help soon enough to reverse it, then a case where someone fails but gets help too late and ends up living with long-term damage. What are your thoughts on this?

SN starves all organs of oxygen. There has to be a point where hypoxia has denied the brain of enough oxygen to cause permanent neurological damage, but insufficient to have caused death.

And how do you or they know for sure that they aint missing a few brain cells, please don't say something you have no proof of, maybe people are fine, but to discount the effects of hypoxia entirely is unwise, no we don't want to scare folks, but there needs to be a smidgen of reality surely.

As many news reports show this is not a compound to mess with. Read news articles on what happens when people took SN. Some accidentally. It's tragic.
