Not very often these days. Ever since I got really fucked up around 4 years ago I only drink when I'm with my friends and even then that happens really infrequently because I kinda dislike the taste and find it hard to hide.

I used to go through a litre bottle of jameson a week with cans of bulmers filling in the gaps but I stopped fr a while and tried to fix myself but it just wasnt meant to be so I relapsed. I have been drinking pink gin and orange soda simply because it tastes like a calippo ice pop and I dont get bad hangovers

Almost every day, but since I already smoke a lot I try not to drink too much. Nor is it that I have a tolerance for strong drinks; Cider is the "strongest" thing I drink even though I drink more radlers (I don't even like beer). 2 years ago I did not drink at all but when I discovered Swedish cider things changed x). I don't really know why I "control" myself with it if I'm already finished

I'm in my 60s, when I was 20-30s I'd get blazing drunk every 2-3 months but didn't drink much otherwise, early 50s I got into the habit of drinking a couple brandy's every day but never really got drunk, these days I'll drink a 6pack over the weekend to take the edge off.

I don't drink, booze just makes me sleepy. I have Xanax for that. Both of my "parents" were alcoholics. He probably drank because intoxication made it easier for him to molest me & she did it so she could pretend nothing was wrong

I have 55 kg and I don't usually eat too much, so I have pretty small alcohol tolerance.

Yeah, having a driving licence sometimes really sucks, because my mum always drinks when we are on some event, so I always have to be sober and drive.

Tbh, booze may not help. When I suffered extreme anhedonia, I only drank so that it would stack with the sedatives I was on and knock me the fuck out.

If you don't enjoy alcohol, I'm not sure how much it would help unless you get hammered. Knock back some Bacardi 151 sometime and see if you can handle it before making the attempt.

With anhedonia alcohol just makes you dizzy but doesn't bring any pleasure or distraction. No point. It's useful to grease the social gears though. Moreover, overtly rejecting alcohol is often socially inadequate. You'd better know your wines if you want to be taken seriously in some circles.

I noticed that there are two kinds of people: those who drink but pretend they don't, and those who don't drink but pretend they do. It's strange to see the large discrepancy between how people describe their own drinking habits and observing how they actually practice them.

I started to drink every day. This is new to me. 35 years old, and I never drank before (only on social occassions). Part of it is not giving a shit about anything anymore, a pinch of self-destructive, masochistic tendencies. The other part is the pressure of a new environment. New job, new people, my anxiety soared to new hights. I don't drink much, only a couple of shots a day, but sneaking into the bathroom and carrying around miniature bottles of vodka is a whole new experience for me.

I drink often and I'd probably do it more if there were more places were it's normal to drink alone in my city, but they tend to get crowded at night and I don't like drinking with other people around.
I drink pretty much anything unless it's tequila or gin but more often just cheap wine and beer.

2/3 days at week I go to market, buy 2 beer cans and i drink somewhere outside home, where I can sit. Its enough to go high, but not too much to make it obvious... unless i know that no one will be in home. In that case, 4 beers and let's go like in a dream.

From time to time, i take various shots of something stronger at home. Whiskey, ron and anis. I'm at a point where i could drink a whole bottle of them... If i would live alone. Now i can't as i don't live alone and I have to mask.
