Amounts and conversions:

SN

25 g
1 heaping tablespoon (not eating spoons)
3 heaping teaspoons

Water

50 ml
1/4 cup
4 tablespoons
12 teaspoons

Can go up to 100 ml water but Stan's guide recommends 50 ml, and the additional amount wouldn't make any noticeable difference in taste.
