How much for 76K? Assuming the 'k' means 1000 - so $76,000??? Far, far more than you'll ever need. I can get 5 lbs for roughly $40.00.

25g SN should be enough, anti emetic is highly recommended

There is a table that has been floating around this site that I'll post below that show it would be bewteen 21 and 22 grams recommended for a 76kg person.
