This is not stated in in Stan's Guide.
I have already searched for it and someone has asked a similar question, but there seems to be no clear recommendation anywhere. If I understood the article on Wikipedia correctly, there is an onset of action after 30-60 minutes, other sites talk about the onset of action after 1-2 hours.
I guess one hour before is enough, right? If so, how much is recommended - especially when your blood pressure and heart rate are generally low? I also plan to take benzos, so I don't need quite as much propranolol, do I?
Also, I am very sensitive to medications, so high doses like in the thread linked above would probably knock me out completely. In the past I have taken beta blockers for a short time and had noticed an effect at 10mg (dizzy and mushy in the head), but it has been too long to tell if they also slowed my heart rate or blood pressure.
