Hi. so I'll try to make this short; I'm a 24 year old female who was paralyzed from the chest down since I was 3 years old due to a medical malpractice. All my life has been the same; in and out of hospitals for surgery or getting sick, I've almost died numerous times in my life just from sickness or infections. I've been suicidal since I was 10 when I had MRSA in my back and I remember begging my mom to throw me out the hospital window. Every single time I try to gain any independence something ALWAYS sets me back to square one, not to mention my mom's an alcoholic and whenever she's tired of taking care of me she treats me like shit. But I've been trying to hold on for her and my bf. who has severe OCD. Anyways, I get a prescription of about 60 Klonopin (Clonazepam); I hate swallowing pills but I'm able to chew these up. I also self harm and have two razor blades in my safe. If I take all 60 klonopin, smoke weed, then slit my wrists open, will I OD/bleed out? Also, I have low muscle tone in my hands so I need advice on a way to open the bottle; I'm sure if I keep trying I'll get it open but was wondering if anyone knew of a different way. Remember, I'm in a wheelchair so this will take place either in my chair or in bed. I've almost attempted to drive my chair into the pool a few times but I know drowning isn't an easy way to go, neither is hanging, so I chickened out on both. Will this plan work? Thanks

Dude your incredibly strong to get this far. Sounds extremely tough. You won't OD on that. I don't know much about wrists, I assume it would take a long time and would be extremely painful. We can't recommend methods but you are welcome to look in resources and PPH.

are you sure I wouldn't OD, and with the meds wouldn't it make me bleed faster? I can also get drunk/buzzed before too. I saw some post on here that says slitting your wrists or arms isnt really that painful. My mom also has the same meds so I could take hers and mine, her's is a higher dosage

I met a girl once who took around 300 pills (not sure what) and ended up in a coma for 3 weeks. You can get serious brain damage and end up in a worse state. I wouldn't risk it. There are much more safer and reliable ways with less mess. It's up to you. If you can order through the mail safely, I'd suggest getting something else.

I can't order anything without someone finding out
If I drink beforehand it'll make the meds work faster too, right?

I'm so sorry about everything that you've been through. Most people probably aren't going to give you direct suggestions when it comes to methods, but there's a lot of good information already posted in other threads. Just please don't try slitting your wrists, surviving that could leave you with very little function of your hands.

but wouldn't the booze and meds make me bleed out?

I don't think so. If it worked that way, a lot of people would just do that. I feel for you. Very difficult situation. I feel you'll be found too early with your method and just end up making your position worse than it is, and you don't need that at all. Best thing to do is too look through the threads and resources and make sure I the a reliable method.

i forgot to mention, i can't feel my legs at all so I'll have no problem cutting deep there, i just dont know if i can reach the femoral artery. is there another artery in the legs?

That would be a better option because if you fail, you reduce the risk of losing functioning of your arms. I don't know much about arteries, should be on here though. Can search on the search bar. You'll need to make sure you're not found for a substantial amount of time though. So if you do anything, just make sure you do proper research and planning. As I said, last thing you need is to make things worse. These things can't be rushed.

Yeah, I think you'll need more than a night though. I'm not too sure. It's really something you'll have to research with time period, location on leg, best way etc. will be longer and more risky than the drowning you mentioned. You need to weigh up the situation and take some time to think and not act impulsively.

if i start cutting everywhere with alcohol and meds in my system to make my blood thin, a whole night wouldn't be enough? people usually bleed out in mins or an hour. i'm not rushing im just trying to figure this out

Yeah I know, I meant the figuring it out process. I don't know if you bleed out that fast. Might just be in the movies. That's another thing you'll have to research. Specific location, time etc. how did you become disabled at 3 if you don't mind me asking?

i was born with scoliosis and had to have rods put in my back, the surgery went great but in recovery the nurses weren't watching me and I woke up, pulled out my breathing tube and my heart stopped, when they brought me back i was paralyzed

I'm terribly sorry about your situation. Yes, as others have said, please do research on blood thinners and artery locations as folks have to be careful about recommending anything.
