I would say 8 mg of Ativan at most if you haven't taken benzos before and you're not used to these meds and not a lot of alcohol - you don't want to lose consciousness. Maybe some strong alcohol like vodka? Two shots? When it comes to benzos, it usually takes 30 minutes to feel something. To be on the safe side, I would test Ativan before to see the proper dose - you don't want it to make you too drowsy, but you also don't want to be too aware. Just take care and take my advice with a grain of salt, it's just informative and based on what I know from personal experience about benzos.Similar threads
