How long does it take for a lethal amount of sn to be absorbed into my system?

I'm just wondering how long I need to resist vomiting until a sufficient, lethal amount of sn is absorbed into my system?

You need something to suppress vomiting or you are going to have to take a lot assuming you didn't get hoodwinked with fake SN

It could be possible to get something for seasickness over the counter but that's probably too weak, what country are you in that might help narrow down possible options.
