Due to difficulty finding many premier anti-emetics online, I'm wondering if Seroquel could be an effective substitute. Does anyone have any idea on how effective this could be?
That's quetiapine, right? If you do a site search there's information about how to use it with them method. It is an effective antiemetic. If you're already on it, you're good, and don't add meto. If you're not already on it, I believe it needs to build up in your system, I know that's been discussed in other threads but don't recall the details. Also see the SN FAQ in the Resources Compilation.
Just want to add, in order for it to be effective it seems like you should be taking at least 300mg/day. That's just what I remember from a thread yesterday, so I could be wrong.
