You can't determine the potency based of the outer experience of the bottle. Your seller might as well put a sticker on it claiming it's Nembutal. If you want to make sure you received the right product, you have to buy a testing kit (EXIT is selling a kit if I remember correctly; a quick google search will help you out).
These testing kits are relatively cheap compared to the investment you need to make in order to buy Nembutal so please don't cut corners there.

A removes the label and replaces it with something else. That, combined with the sheer number of different types of bottles and packaging in the handbook means it is very hard to ascertain if it real N without testing, or buying from a trusted source.
I am afraid there is no one answer for what the bottle should look like :(
