No matter what I do, I can't even bring the moment of loss of consciousness closer. I tie a knot in front, back, side. I tried different positions: kneeling, lying, standing. I press with the whole weight of my body, but I do not feel the moment of approaching loss of consciousness. Only pain. I have tried to do this many times and I even have loop wounds on my neck. What am I doing wrong? I use a loop in the photo and put a scarf under it.
Sorry for the mistakes, English is not my native language.

No need to be sorry. Takes a lot of research and a lot of practice.

Everyone has a unique structure. Some have muscular necks that somehow protects the carotid. It takes some time to find one's sweet spot. Though a bit of caution for consecutive tries. I damaged my throat in doing so as I coughed after my attempt.
