How do I stop talking?

I need to shut up forever I say stupid shit and regret it instantly or later inevitably. I want to tell people the truth of how horrible I am but I don't want them to hate me but I do. I hate myself so much I need someone to love me because I'll never love myself because I'm horrible and I need to stop writing right now shut up please shut up.
