can somebody please say an easy method how to ctb painless and quick i cant really hang myself and i cant jump off a building and no guns are accessible please help me

I hope that you eventually find the freedom you search for, I really wish that it's actually straightforward to die on our own terms, to me suicide just isn't easy at all. If it is I'd be long gone by this point, I hate how we exist in this anti-suicide society where suicide is cruelly made so inaccessible.
