An easy thing to understand is that mental health takes a toll on you, as much as physical health. But the thing is as much as physical health can make your mental health worse, the same can be said likewise. Basically, if you're not mentally well, you could be at risk of being physically unwell later. This is without self harm by the way, because eating disorders can play into effect, feeling sick, etc. But people barely acknowledge that. I feel like vomiting every day because my heart's on an adrenaline trip or my brain thinks too much and I want to faint. But apparently, that doesn't matter much. It shouldn't be the case though, because if we're told from a young age our feelings matter, then we should take that into account and try our best to support each other, as well as find ways to make someone feel not as useless, especially towards neurodivergent kids.

People don't sympathize with things they don't feel.

The normals will never be at the point where they see noway out except suicide.

They're a different species, they're built differently. We'll never reach an understanding.

Don't think too much ab it.
