i know it's rather difficult if not completely impossible, but is there any way I could make it look like an accident?

nobody in my immediate surrounding knows i want to CTB so i feel like making it seem like an accident would be easier for them to swallow

Im feeling the same way, i would prefer people didnt know i died of suicide. I want it to look natural. I think my health is so bad now though that it may seem natural when i die anyway.

Unfortunately, to make your death look like an accident, you need to use a less-controlled method which means it is going to be unreliable and/or painful. Humans are annoyingly resilient and it takes purposeful effort to kill us. It is against the rules here to directly suggest methods but methods we have here center around careful planning.
