How can I feel like Ryan gosling appears to feel in the movie Drive?

I can sometimes feel detached from my emotions and go blank. it's amazing having peace from the inferno blazing in my head. I want it more!

It´s a great feeling.

Movies are illusions though, but i get it.

Sometimes i close my eyes and go like "ok im dead now, bye." And for a few seconds nothing matters and im at peace.
