I'm going out to dinner in the near future. I've looked at the menu of the restaurant we're going to. It states the weight of the steaks (i.e, Scotch Fillet 300g). How filling would this be? I don't want to order entrees and then not be able to finish my steak.

Steak is basically the only thing that I will finish no matter how much I've eaten. It depends on how much you think you personally can eat, impossible for me to know.

I had my heart set on wagyu but it's not on the menu. Sucks to be me.

I think I would be a decent sized steak.

If you want taste and small portions, get a filet mignon, tenderloin, chateaubriand, NY Strip, or ribeye. If you're hungry as fuck, get a T-Bone or Porterhouse. If you just came off a 3 month vegetarian binge and wanted to join the meat-eating world again and you're dying for a steak, get a Tomahawk steak.

I mainly subsist on veg, fruits and nuts. I will have beef maybe twice a week. My favorite cut is the ribeye cap. The tastiest part of the cow for sure. It just sucks that an innocent animal has to die to feed me. That's why I try to limit my intake of animal products.

Have the smallest one then you'll savour it more.
