How best to relax after taking SN?

Stan's Guide states: 'Once consumed, immediately relax on a bed, couch or reclining chair.'

I would lay on a bed, but what would be the best position? Are you meant to lay down on your back? Are you meant to lay down on your side? What would be more likely to cause vomiting?

Any other specifics to the relaxing that anyone can think of too?

I've read to lie on your right side to speed absorption and also to prevent you from choking if you vomit whilst unconscious

I've heard you should lie on your right side immediately after ingesting the SN.

Can one take too many benzos? Feels like a dumb question but I'm curious if there's an ideal amount.

Well there is a protocol that advises taking a very high dose of benzos. Ridiculously high.

Risk with that I think is you pass out too early, vomit unconsciously and are unable to take the second glass and come round with a failed attempt.
