It's sad because if more of the world offered assisted death then people could die in the privacy of their homes or a private room in the hospital.

Well, that was a blast from the past. I saw that years ago and I'm as suicidal now as I was then. I made an account on there back in 2009 when you didn't have to pay (not for gore content, but because they had a true crime section and it was the only place I could find some information for a school criminology project), but now even if your account is old you can only see a limited amount of content for free, though I don't go on the site anymore except to occasionally look up suicide related content, although I always feel bad after.

I feel I respect them I don´t joke or insult the people who kill themselves in this video like many on Documenting Reality does. I think these people in the video are badass and the music adds a great thrill to it while the lyrics is spot on.

Yeah I got my account like 7 years ago and I had to pay 10$ for a lifetime membership that was the deal and suddenly they decide we need more money so now you have to pay again, they did this with the excuse that they need the money to keep the site up which is properly true but that still doesn´t make it okay because I paid for a LIFETIME membership then they can´t just alter the deal 5 years later.

I even complained about it in the water cooler section (off topic) and everyone attacked me for it but they didn´t get the point I don´t care if the site want 10$ a year but then it should be a part of the deal and I would properly have paid that but that wasn´t the deal we made.

I don't want to die at all. I know where happiness lies in life. I kicked depression out of my brain when I was a teenager.

Suicide is inevitable however, unless I wanted to become a hobo/criminal/drug addict. It's particularly frustrating for me to be suicidal as I actually regard myself pretty nicely. If it just wasn't for this environment taking away so many years of my life, I'd be a pretty nice guy. But we'll I guess this is a luxury perk for an alternate universe me. I'll get to control my life to the end and that's what really matters.

Unfortunately, that is what all websites become with the gaining popularity. It's all about monetizing and how much they can gain, despite the content staying the same. I'm sure in the future you'll only be able to see certain content if you pay x amount of money.

In Belgium they offer "death with dignity" or assisted suicide for mentally ill patients as well as the terminally ill. Humanity has lost its way. Every person should have a choice and a not have to resort to self immolation, putting a bullet through their head, jumping out a window, hanging.

In my case, I'll be going out hanging which I'm coming to peace with. Ideally I'd opt for a lethal injection, just put me to sleep like we do for sick animals.

I hear you. If I fail this third time, I'll likely end up in the state psychiatric hospital and that would be a whole different kind of hell on earth. I'm practicing making my knots for hanging and getting rid of things (dontating a lot of clothing and other things) to make it less of a task for whoever has to go through my apartment and clear it out. There isn't much here anyhow.

I don't want to die per se, but since it is inevitable anyway, I had might as well embrace it with open arms. Right now, I am embracing my pain and heartache in life. And when it comes time for me to die, I will let go of my heartache and embrace death. The more painful life becomes, the easier it becomes to let go of.
