I suspect I'm leaving soon. It's looking increasingly likely that my referral to one of the only mental health services in the country that might be able to help me is going to be rejected. My chronic pain is getting worse and worse. The flashbacks, nightmares and dissociation are getting worse and worse. I cannot hold on much longer.
