Discussion Hotline numbers post on FB

So one of my family members posted something on Facebook with a whole bunch of numbers for suicide, metal health, self harm, substance abuse, etc. I wanted so badly to comment something along the lines of "You know if someone is suicidal, they've probably seen this number a million times already." But I didn't, would you have? If you would, would you phrase it differently. The person that posted it would probably be suspicious of me if I said that though, so I didn't say anything.

That and also I think suicide is so bizarre to NT people... I think its scary to them to imagine that people want to/choose to die, will die eventually and there's nothing they can do about it... I think when they post that number it's more to give them peace of mind... I wouldn't and usually don't say anything... I don't want anyone to feel as hopeless about anything as I feel about living...
