Help Hotel Room CBT: How to Not Get Discovered?

Hello, I'm an adult but I still live with my parents. If I suddenly disappeared and went off to CBT in a hotel room either in my state or out of state, what precautions would I need to take to not get discovered in time? Could my phone be tracked? Could my family obtain my flight records or find out what hotel I'm staying at in time from the police if they report me as missing? Perhaps, I would need to just pretend and tell my family ahead of time that I'm taking a "mental health vacation" for some me-time to feel better about myself, but I can still imagine my family being suspicious since I've never done anything like that before.

You usually don't get reported missing unless it's been 24 hours. Leave a note that you'll be out for a while. I don't see why your parents would check airlines or hotels, unless you used their credit card to purchase a ticket or a room.
You wouldn't even have to turn off your location, you're an adult.
Then again, I don't know your living situation. Do your parents know you're tending to CTB in the future?

I honestly think they might be suspicious that that's what I'm trying to do, because I've brought up wanting to be euthanized in Switzerland before.

If you're worried that they'd track you phone, if you have some sort of family tracking thing or whatever, you can put it in airplane mode.
