Normally I'd ignore threads like these but I genuinely considered starvation and dehydration until I learned about the ineffectiveness

It's possible to be able to carry this out alone. It just becomes painful before you go.

Your tongue gets dry and starts to crack, which hurts like a bitch.

You become frail and brittle.

You start becoming delirious and confused.


You SI will kick in long before death arrives.

Yeah I use to be pro VESD voluntarily stop eating and drinking but I've since changed my mind. I think it's a terrible way to go. One of the top supporters died a pretty bad death doing VSED herself.
