Like a lot of you losers, I imagine, I read a lot of trashy fanfiction and watch YouTube. As for prooer, respectable hobbies, I've picked up baking over the past year. I used to write fiction and hope to develop my skills again, maybe with some trashy fanfiction of my own.

I used to have many hobbies, writing was one of the first I ever picked up, at age 10 I think? In my teens I wrote regularly and I was super convinced I'd become a writer. In the last year I've had tons of ideas and wrote a few short stories but usually when I try to write I get super blank. Idk. I kind of don't enjoy it much anymore. I definitely read a lot, when I can, so some weeks I read 5 books but then I don't read for a month. I watch movies sometimes, not very often because I can't concentrate so well while watching stuff. I also used to love baking but now it's kinda boring. Listening to music is a must but somedays I can't decide on what to listen to because everything makes me cry. I also have a really extensive music taste but lately I've been listening to the same four artists and that's it.

I'm not sure if my old hobbies count. I used to write and read and paint and do a lot of different kinds of art like string art or crayon art. I used to go out and do things with people and enjoy festivals and live music. That all seems like a past life now. Now my best friend is my bed and reading this forum and solidifying my plans seems to be all that I do.

Mostly World of warcraft but I'm starting to think maybe I shouldn't play anymore I don't really like this expansion and being a mythic raider is stressful. I'm trying to find some other games to play now.

Lucid Dreaming. Takes a small bit of time investment and effort,but once you get the hang of it,you have access to a fully immersive virtual reality experience. It would probably take 20+ years before that kind of technology would be available in real life.

Depression is weird. I can't ever predict how my hobbies will change whenever I'm coming up on an episode. Sometimes, I want to write more, sometimes less. There's some kind of sweet spot between depressed and not overly depressed that I have to be at in order to write. What kinds of stories do you read and write?

Goddamn, I can't believe that game games is still going strong! I played Everquest for a few years in the early 2000s. I just couldn't do the grind required. My attention span is shit, and I'm even having trouble with new solo RPGs like Dragon Age: Inquisition because of all the MMO elements that have been incorporated. You play any other MMOs? I've heard good and bad things about ESO. My cousin wants me to join him, but I'm turned off from my Everquest experience.

My best friend swears by lucid dreamimg. Most dreams I remember having are stressful, so I'm a little nervous about lucid dreaming. How much control do you have over what you see?

It will take time to get back into these and other hobbies i had,I found this site helped me a lot,with music threads,threads about tv series ect.
Electronic cigarettes,i like to make my own e-liquid to use with this.I can mix different flavors together to come up with a new flavor.I vape weed also.Youtube,like most others i spend a lot of time here,MASTURBATING .. i see someone else added that also :) porn sometimes.

I have always wanted to learn guitar, but I don't have the patience. I barely managed with the easiest brass instrument to play in existence, so something with chords and, god forbid, forcing me to use my left hand, would be a lesson in masochism for me, lol.

When I was younger I loved to write about vampires, product of an obsession with Anne Rice's books lol. But now I usually write stories about relationships between women... romantic and nonromantic. It's something I like to read about and I think the world needs more of those.

How much control do you have over what you see?

That depends on your level of experience. Veteran/Experienced lucid dreamers have often achieved a level of control that they begin to tire of only exploring the fun aspects of lucid dreaming and start going for more philosophical and practical pursuits. (i.e Talking to one's subconscious,using lucid dreaming as a way to learn and help with real life problems,and all that. I'm not quite there yet myself.)

Some have achieved virtual Omnipotence in their lucid dreams,but its uncommon as far as I know. Here's an interesting account of one person who has done it: (Though I can't confirm whether its real or fake)

Speaking for myself,I'd say I'm at a level where I'm past a total beginner and about to enter an intermediate level of skill. I can and have pulled off a few amazing feats in the dream world on my best days. I had a huge layoff from the practice(We all know life loves to throw problems at us),so I'm working into getting back into my routine and improving further beyond.
