Hitting headIs there anyway I could hit my head

Is there anyway I could hit my head that would end up killing me… I have no guns I have no drugs I have no access to N .....Not looking for attention I just want to end this suffering....I have no rope… I put shoelaces around my neck but I don't think I could hang myself… I've grabbed a knife a few times but I just can't stand myself… I'm so desperate I know that none of you can really help me…

Try jumping off a building.If you land with your head it should be painless and quick.The higher you jump the higher the chances of fatality.I'm planning of killing myself this way.The only problem with these method is that jumping high enough can leave your body in pieces.
