Overdoses can be fatal (for example Amitriptyline), but usually in combination with other drugs. Very important is an antiemetic.

A proven combo is:
DDMA: Digoxin 100 mg, Diazepam 1 gm, Morphine 15 gm, Amitriptyline 8 gm

Okay what if i mix setraline (50mg) clobazam concerta (54mg) then i get motion sickeness medication to prevent vomiting
