I can see that it is a very difficult and unfair situation to be in. I hope everything works out for youHe hasn't worked in years and the injury he is claiming to have gotten on the job happened almost 20 years ago. Since then he has worked a couple of jobs (not for long though) and has been on and off disability. Right now they don't want him back on it seems because they don't believe him or something.
