I like to cycle in the forests and woods in the morning between 6 and 9 AM while the sun is still not "roasting" us. Brazil is a very hot country.
I think most of us have a "nature deficiency", and that's why we feel so much better when we are in nature or make walks in nature a part of our daily routine. the air is fresh, rejuvenating and everything about it is so surprisingly therapeutic.
Either to bike or dog-walk, I make sure I go there at least 5 days a week. I'm lucky to live in a place where there's actually preserved nature that was not destroyed and turned into stinky and noisy buildings.
Physical activity in itself can be therapeutic, but when we combine that with nature, it really reaches the next level.
