Method Heroin OD?

Does anyone know if ODing on heroin is peaceful way to go? From what I read it seems really really peaceful.

it is a good way out, although I'd recommend sourcing methadone or fent if you already have access to heroine as it is way more potent.

i was considering this way too, i just dont know how to shoot up. found nitazines as well on DH, idk how you consume those though, idk if u can shoot up nitazines

Heroin can still be potent if it's not cut. Fentanyl obviously is stronger in lower quanities but these days people are selling animal tranquilers and calling it dope. You never know what youre going to get. Methadone is not stronger than heroin. You just know what milligrams youre getting. It would take more methadone to die than heroin. Heroin is just harder to come by then it used to be.

sorry about your friend x i think i am going the phenobarb plus morphine route instead of heroin or fent etc. you at least know what it is and its strength unlike heroin as you say, its impossible to know

As peaceful as any other. Some people talk about choking on your own vomit and all but this is utter nonsense. Choking on your own vomit means you are unconscious, otherwise it would be as simple as rolling over and clearing your throat. Just don't pass out on your back if it super concerns you.

After the main worldwide suppliers of nitazenes and research chems were busted in China a few months ago, the word is that supplies are seriously drying up right now. This amounted to 2 main chemical synthesizers there. There is still some relatively low scale production in Poland and some other Eastern European countries, but from what I heard nitazenes, synth opioids and bzds are hard to come by now, or soon will be.

Tranq is apparently still around though - although xylazine is being cracked down on from all of the ODs the last few years, medetomidine is 20x stronger and is being used to cut the dwindling fent supplies, as you mentioned, but they are just as effective as fent. In fact, people who THINK they are getting fent and are getting it cut with tranq are OD'ing, a lot. I can't speak to the high, but in terms of cns depression and ctb, I'd prefer an opioid cut with xylazine or medetomidine. They are made to take down cattle and horses after all, cause rapid unconsciousness, and basically stop someone's breathing, just like a gaba-a agonist like a barbiturate, or similar to ghb.

Although methadone isn't as potent as heroin, never have a taken something as sedating for a long period of time as methadone. Heroin has a pretty short half life, but methadone would put me in a virtual coma for 12+ hours when I used to be on it and mix with booze. No rush or anything of course, but in regards to sedation methadone is pretty damn good - especially when mixed. Heroin, for some people can actually keep you in this weird twilight state where you are nodded off and enjoying it, but at the same time completely conscious of what's going on around you (with eyes closed). Kind of strange.

Opioids can actually be slightly stimulating for some people, which eventually gives way to cns depression/sedation.
