Help with shipping SN from EU to US

I finally found a website that sells SN. The business is based in Portugal and I'm pretty sure the place only ships to Portugal. I'm living in the United States. Is there a way to send it to the US?

I've never used mail forwarding, but previously another poster here mentioned it.:

Again, I've never used these services, but it's worth exploring.
