you shouldn't communicate with a vendor at all, or as little as possible, that's the point of a marketplace like this. dh is a marketplace where you pay on checkout (at least i'm pretty sure) so you don't have to connect your wallet or deposit in advance at all, just send the funds when it tells you to

Have you been able to login to the site. The communication is the same using encryption. You have to encrypt the message with the vendors keys. You have to send a least one message to the vendor with your shipping information.

i got mindboggled by how monero works last time i was on it. i think its one of the things that make it inaccessible for people

yeah me personally i was ready to give it up, but it's honestly not that hard, there just should be a guide on how to do it, that would save people lots of frustration

It's part of the order process , you select the item to purchase then the next step is send your shipping address. One thing to keep in mind is you only have so much time to make payment , so you should have that ready to go. It will tell you the exact amount you need to pay. What are you looking to buy ?

It can be difficult to make the initial buy , since they only except certain payment types and they have a waiting period before you can transfer the crypto out. I would start on this right away since you could run into a few roadblocks.

I bought SN from them and everything went well , but when I tested it it came up as both nitrite and nitrate. I don't know much about the testing process so it may have been my error. So that's an important step for you since you don't really know what you are getting in terms of purity or how it was handled.
