im too nervous to scearch anything, i was reading the stan guide, i have SN, paracetamol, benzos and meto. but i cant find when to use the benzos, please i need a instruction or anything

Benzos aren't part of the regimen. If you've taken them before, you should likely know how long they take to kick in.

The benzos should probably be taken with the painkillers, so 1 hour before your SN.
